Great service and selection. Bailey was very helpful and helped my wife find the right pair of boots for her as well as offered to and shined/conditioned my boots for me in store. Great experience!

First of all...I love the boots! The leather goods are wonderful, hold up, and age fantastically. The store has an amazing vibe, the employees are spot on, and I always get offered a beverage... The product and the experience is so worth every penny and its a value compared to others. I highly recommend Tecovas at the Summit!

I drove all the way from Tennessee just to visit this store because Nashville Traffic sucks! The staff here are so friendly and welcoming I wish I lived here in the store. They patiently waited on me and found the perfect pair. Thank you Anya and crew!

Great store with a fun atmosphere. It’s very welcoming, spacious, and comfortable. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dylan was my salesman and really made the experience great from start to finish. I look forward to wearing my new Zane boots, and would highly recommend this store for boots, bags, apparel, etc.

I’m now at 5 pair of Tecovas. The clerks here are super friendly and extremely helpful! If you are budget friendly, this might not be the place for you. Great boots for the price.

At first look the Tecovas storefront looks like almost like a western vault. Entrance is a huge wooden door. Inside the fresh clean smell of leather hits your senses. The sales people were ver kind, receptive, informative, helpful. My bride was able to enjoy an adult beverage while I perused the vast boot selection. The sales associate was helpful in how the boot was supposed to fit , what it should feel like, how it should ride when walking etc. I never was able to find boots that fit perfectly, the boots I chose were the Jasper Ostrich boot in a 9.5 regular width. Perfect boot and fit. Great shopping experience Tecovas and thank you for the Veterans discount.

Sara Graces attention to every detail when helping us find the perfect boot was unmatched! Once we found the perfect pair, Bren helped us personalize them with a unique brand. I can’t recommend this store enough! I’ll be back for the customer service if nothing else!

We used to live in Austin TX and visited that store often, the service there was always average. Today we visited the Birmingham, Al location and the service was amazing! We were immediately greeted by Peter and he was the sweetest nice young man, super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the boots. Needless to say we walked out with a new pair of ostrich boots for our son!! Thank you Peter!

Came in on black friday to shop for some boots. They had exactly what I was looking for and a great selection overall. It was such a lovely experience at Tecovas as always and Sarah Grace was just awesome! She had such a sweet personality and was so helpful even during the rush of the holidays. Whenever I’m in the area again I definitely plan to swing by and shop some more!
